Jobshape is a tool for predicting candidate fit to a role and/or future team. Individual personality preferences and personality dynamics are measured and understood in the context of job roles and work teams. For hiring managers who want to reduce the risk of poor hires and bad fit, Jobshape offers an increased predictive insight into likely performance of an individual by taking into consideration the dynamics of a given role or given team.

Jobshape uses a combination of psychometric inventories and algorithms to understand an individual's personality and work behavior including preferences when working individually or when within a team.
