Jobshape is a tool for predicting candidate fit to a role and/or future team. Individual personality preferences and personality dynamics are measured and understood in the context of job roles and work teams. For hiring managers who want to reduce the risk of poor hires and bad fit, Jobshape offers an increased predictive insight into likely performance of an individual by taking into consideration the dynamics of a given role or given team.
Jobshape uses a combination of psychometric inventories and algorithms to understand an individual's personality and work behavior including preferences when working individually or when within a team. As a hiring manager, Jobshape provides insight into the scale of behavior and culture fit between an individual and the behavioral needs of a job role. It will also provide insight as to areas of fit between an individual and expected 'future' working team.

For existing teams, Jobshape provides analysis about team dynamics, including the strengths, weaknesses and team role preference of team members. You can use Jobshape to identify qualities that team members have in common, areas where they differ and identify any ‘gaps’ a team has.
